Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Method
Returns are made by post. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange delivery, though we can also arrange this for you. If you would like us to organize the return, the applicable charge will be calculated and communicated when you contact us.
To start a return, contact us at info@gardenpamper.com. Please do not send items back without first contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 to 30 days and returned to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., personalized items or special orders), personal care goods, and hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases). Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you have questions about your specific item, contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement item is to return your original item for a refund and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
