Delivery & Returns Policy
Delivery Charges and Areas
We offer free standard delivery on all orders within England. For orders to Wales, a delivery charge of £50 applies. For orders to Scotland, a delivery charge of £85 applies. Delivery charges are calculated per order and added at checkout.
Isle of Wight Deliveries
We do deliver to the Isle of Wight (PO30–PO41). Delivery to these postcodes is included under our normal delivery rules.
Delivery Restrictions
While we deliver to most of the UK, we cannot deliver to certain areas:
- Scottish postcodes ZE (Shetland) and KW (Caithness/Kirkwall)
- Ireland and Northern Ireland (including Belfast)
If you place an order from one of these areas, your order will not be charged and we will contact you promptly to explain that we cannot complete delivery.

Order Processing
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card, but your card will not be charged until we confirm that the items are in stock. Once stock is confirmed, your card will be charged and your order dispatched.
Orders are normally dispatched within 5 working days of confirmation, often the next working day for in-stock items. You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you do not receive tracking information within 6 working days, please contact us at info@gardenpamper.com.
Damages
Please inspect all items upon delivery. Do not accept delivery of items that appear damaged. If you discover damage after receiving an item, send clear photos to info@gardenpamper.com so we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders cancelled within 48 hours of placement can usually be cancelled without fees. Orders cancelled after 48 hours or already dispatched may incur additional fees.
For returned items, return postage is the customer’s responsibility, though we can arrange collection for a calculated fee. Refunds are only issued to the original payment method used and are processed within 14–30 days of receiving the returned item, as outlined below.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of receipt. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Returns are by post, arranged either by the customer or by us for a calculated fee. Contact info@gardenpamper.com to start the return process. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed within 14–30 days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement item is to return your original item for a refund and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
